We have various birthday party packages to choose from. Whether you want a fully catered, decorated and hosted princess party, tea party, mobile spa party or just a character visit from one of our characters, we have something for every budget. Booking is easy and fast!

1. Click BOOK NOW and send us your party details
2. Once we have confirmed availability, we will email you to finalize and pay a $75 non-refundable deposit to hold your date.

We are typically out and about making birthday party magic (especially on weekends). Please allow at least 24-48 hours for us to respond to your booking request. All requests are handled on a first come first serve basis.

After we receive both your contract and non-refundable deposit, we will email to confirm your birthday party details. We will be in touch again 10 days prior to your scheduled date with a final payment reminder. Payment is due 7 days prior to your scheduled party either by check or card (5% service fee applies). We will send out a final confirmation email the week of your party with last minute reminders and tips for a successful party. Of course, you are always welcome to email, call or text to discuss your birthday party and ask any questions you may have prior to your party.

We recommend booking as soon as possible. We’ve had parties book up to a year in advance and we’ve also had parties book one week before. We typically are NOT able to accommodate a birthday party or character visit booked with less than 7 days notice, though we will try our best to make it happen. Availability is first come, first serve. 

HOW MUCH IS THE DEPOSIT?

The non refundable deposit to reserve your date is $75 for all party packages. Kindly note, there is a 5% service charge for using PayPal. Checks are not accepted for the booking fee, but are accepted for the final balance.

IS THE DEPOSIT REFUNDABLE?

The deposit to reserve your date is NOT refundable. This fee reserves a specific character, performer and/or party package for your date and prevents needless cancellations. However, it IS transferrable to another rescheduled date and/or party package for up to one calendar year from the original booking. 

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept credit cards (5% convenience fee applies), Zelle, check or money orders made payable to Girly-Girl Partea’s. The balance of the party is due seven days prior to the party date. There will be a $40.00 fee for any returned check. Please contact us in regards to paying your balance or with any questions about payment.

WHAT IS THE TRAVEL FEE AND HOW IS IT CALCULATED?

A travel fee of $0.75 for every mile traveled round trip outside of 15 miles from our location home base will be added to the final balance. Distance is calculated from our home base using Google Maps. We do not travel more than 50 miles from our home base for parties. However, we can make arrangements for a princess/character visit upon request.

DO I HAVE TO TIP?

You are not required to tip, but it is greatly appreciated! Just like tipping the wait-staff at a restaurant for good service, it is customary to tip your character/hostess if you are extremely pleased with the service. Our package price does not include gratuity. We recommend a standard 20% gratuity, but anything lets your performer or hostess know that you had a SPECTACULAR time! 

FOR A PRINCESS or CHARACTER VISIT:

• Space to sit for story time 
• An Air Conditioned INDOOR space for activities
• If requesting approval for an outdoor venue, the character must remain on a paved surface and under a covered structure at all times
• Designated place for pictures (have your camera ready!)
• An empty table space for activities (60+ min visits)
• All necessary items for happy birthday (cake, candle, lighter, etc)

FOR A BIRTHDAY PARTY:

• Tables and chairs for your number of guests plus any characters attending (we can provide for an additional rental fee)
• Space for our photo backdrop 
• Gathering space and food for parents or other adult guests if you want them to stay
• Use of clean sink space with running water
• A smoke and alcohol free environment
• Parking near entrance for loading and unloading
• Your presence is required at the party at all times

In the case of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances/illness, Girly-Girl Parteas reserves the right to reschedule your birthday party. If you choose to cancel the party due to severe weather or illness, please remember that your deposit is non-refundable. We will gladly work with you to reschedule your birthday party for an alternate date. Please be advised, if perishable food or beverages have already been purchased, there may be an additional charge.

Once your birthday party is booked and the non refundable deposit is paid, the party can only be postponed one time. Based on availability, we will gladly work with you to reserve an alternate date for your party. If you decide to cancel your party for any reason, the deposit is non-refundable.

Girly-Girl Parteas strives to provide a quality, authentic mobile spa party experience, however, we do not claim to be ‘professionals’ in the field of cosmetics. Our Mobile Spa Party services are not performed by licensed cosmetologists and are for entertainment purposes only. We offer “mini” manicures that do not include cutting or filing and does not resemble the work of a trained and licensed nail technician. We do not apply any type of artificial nails. Our Mobile Spa Party services are simple and fun for kids only. Please contact us with any questions or concerns regarding our policies.

It is the responsibility of the client to check with party guests for specific food allergies. Should any of your guests have severe food allergies, we suggest that either you or the child’s parent provide an alternate menu for that child. We are happy to work with you to accommodate alternative snacks and provide labels for review when needed. It is the responsibility of the client to check with guests for skin allergies or sensitivities, in regard to make-up/glitter application and our mobile spa party services.

We do not offer “Disney” princesses because we are not “Disney”. Our characters come from the classic fairy tales. It is not our intention to violate copyright laws, so we make our performing characters different from nationally known, copyrighted characters using custom designed gowns, jewelry, and hairstyles of our own creation. Girly-Girl Parteas is not affiliated with Disney or any other production studio in any way and does not distribute, sell, or wear any Disney products. Should you have the need for a licensed, copyrighted character or product at your princess party, we encourage you to contact the company/copyright holders for your specifically requested character.
